boost problem

    I am not so good in german language, so im asking you in english
    I have yust build 1.6 t (pictures below) and have problem
    with boost. When boost comes motor start to shake
    It seems like something would stop ignition, or injection
    without boost motor runs normal

    hallo bin ich nicht also gut in der deutschen Sprache, also frage ich auf englisch ich habe einen 1.6 er turbo gebaut und habe folgendes problem (Abbildungen unten) . bei erhöhung des ladedrucks fängt mein turbo so, wie etwas Zündung stoppen würde, oder Einspritzung ohne Erhöhung läuft er normal Dank für das Antworten


    Erstmal die frage hast du noch den 1.3er drucksensor am saugrohr rechts eingesteckt??????

    those asks has you still the 1,3 it pressure sensor at the suction tube left blocked??????Wenn is there already your problem because these believes I starting from 0.8 bar or 0.9 bar begins and your engine vibrates then. you must clamp it thereby you more loading pressure to drive can.

    I see you drive the 1301cc injectors with the 1372cc jetronic on a 1581cc tipo engine.

    The 1301cc injectors have 150cc/min.
    The 1372cc injectors have 190cc/min.

    I think your gasoline mixture is too bad and your mixture has to much air and no gasoline.
    I hope you understand what I mean ;)

    And a other question, which charger you use and which pressure you drive?

    the pressure sensor is not connected
    and i have 5 1.3t injectors, and t3 turbocharger
    problems start already by smal pressure around 0.3

    it can be that the gasoline mixture is to bad,
    i will try some bigger injectors

    I think that's too much. I think you will have gasoline in the oil.

    Back to your problem, check the 5th injector maybe the pressure presses this injector out of it's place. Other idea could be the permanent run of the 5th injector because the gasoline pressure raises with the air pressure. Your engine get's too much gasoline?!

    Shot question, which head do you use? It seems to be a 1301cc head?! The 1301 has smaller chambers maybe your combustion is bad and the microplex regulate the advance because of wrong combustion (it don't know the right word... knocking combustion?!).

    but i thik that 1.4 has more gasoline with 4 injectors (190cc/minx4=760) than
    1.3 with 5 injectors (150cc/minx5=750)

    5th injector has the same voltage as other four

    it looks like the problem is to bad gasoline mixture
    i have tried running with biger 5 injector and the car was going better than before
    So now i am looking for biger injectors

    Does any of you know which car has the same shape as 1.3t, but bigger injectors ?
